When Ann Norling came to visit the other day, she brought along a few copies of her brand new pattern: the short row scarf. After begging her to autograph the copies and succeeding, i quickly snatched up a ball of the Noro Kureyon Sock and starting knitting! Ever since the baby arrived, I've been desperately in need of a project that is fun, yet relatively mindless. This fits the bill on 2 counts: the short row process is easy to memorize, but interesting enough to keep my brain working just a wee bit the kureyon sock color changes keep me wanting to knit more, as i'm always wondering what color is going to show up next. I'll keep you posted!
