How about a scarf that looks like a complicated pattern and yet is truly for a beginner? In steps Jeanne to help with a project for Laura and Rowan what fun! So the scarf uses 4 colors of the beautiful Rowan Lima yarn and is done side to side, so the hardest part is the cast on, but Jeanne recommends using stitch markers every 20 stitches to make counting easier. The pattern is coming real soon and will also be featured as a kit in the December 2010 Real Simple magazine! One of the other neat features of this great pattern is you make the fringe as you go which minimizes the need to weave in lots of ends. Stay tuned for more...
