We weren't kidding when we said that we were all in love with Madelinetosh yarns! Sharon wanted a simple fast shawl to knit up and found a free pattern on Ravelry--boy, do we love Ravelry too! You can view and download the pattern here:
Boneyard Shawl. A simple triangular shawl, you can knit it big to double it up on your neck as a shawlette or wear it as an oversized wrap on those particularly cold days! The original pattern calls for a DK weight yarn but since Sharon wanted hers a bit smaller and, of course, to knit with the ultra soft and squishy
Tosh Merino Light...she used a fingering weight yarn and went down to a US 7 needle, instead of 8. This is such a versatile pattern that you'll want to experiment with different needle sizes and yarn gauges to make a shawl of every size and color!
