Where is my order and when will I get it?
We have your order in our system and we are working on it! What with the big sale, we have a lot of orders to get through. As always, yarn from Madelinetosh is hand-dyed to order. We will be working very hard to get your yarn to you as quickly as possible. Going forward, you can expect weekly email updates from us so that you are in the loop!
When will I hear about my order?
Starting next week, you will be receiving weekly email updates on your outstanding orders.
Do I order from Madelinetosh or Jimmy Beans going forward?
Either, or both! Both websites will stay up and running, so you can continue to use whichever site and account you have always used. Typically, the yarn you see on JimmyBeansWool.com is in stock (in Reno) and available to ship immediately. Yarn on Madelinetosh.com is dyed to order and can take up to 8 weeks to receive.
Will my order be coming from Jimmy Beans moving forward?
Your orders will continue to ship from Madelinetosh headquarters in Texas, unless you order directly from Jimmy Beans.
Will we be discontinuing yarn?
We will not be discontinuing any of the current Madelinetosh offerings.
Madelinetosh has a Rewards Program. Can I still use my rewards? Will I still earn Rewards points?
All pre-existing rewards programs will be continuing as normal.
When will the website be updated again?
We are working our hardest to get our ducks in a row. As soon as we do, we will update the Madelinetosh website with the yarn you know and love!
Will you still be carrying other brands?
Yes! We will still be carrying other brands and continue to seek out new yarns to offer.
