Terry made these worsted-weight boot socks for her sweetheart who's been bugging her for more handmade socks ever since she made him his first pair for Christmas. Luckily, Terry loves knitting socks and says that using worsted weight yarn makes them go by in a blink of an eye! She used Knitting Pure & Simple's
#998 Men's Heavy Weight Boot Sock Pattern and chose Cascade's
220 Superwash in #1945 Chocolate Tweed. Terry knit them top-down and two at a time for a simple and suprisingly quick project. If you want to know more about the two at a time technique, Terry refers to Melissa Morgan Oakes' book
2-At-A-Time Socks.
