Love The Shawl Of The Month Club
I love the quality of the yarn and the nice shawl pin that comes with each shipment. As one other reviewer mentioned, I wish that there was a stitch count with each row. Often when working multiple stitches into a ch-1 corner space, the following stitch that needs to be worked is hidden. A stitch count would make things much easier.

Shepherd's Worsted - Queen of Thorns
I've used Lorna's Laces in the past and loved it for crocheted projects and will purchase it again for that purpose.
My husband used Shepherd's Worsted colorway - Queen of Thorns to weave a shawl. The shawl turned out beautifully - light and lacy. But when we put the garment in the sink to rinse in order to block, the dye bled HORRIBLY! The rinse water looked BLACK.
I would suggest that you test a small piece or swatch if you want to combine this yarn with light colors!

Review Of Mrs. Crosby Steamer Trunk Yarn
This yarn has a tight very consistent twist. I used my skeins to crochet 3 hats and did not have ONE snag or fray. Also, there were NO KNOTS in any of the skeins hooray. This would be a great yarn for beginning crocheters because of the great stitch definition. But, experienced crocheters will also appreciate the fine qualties of this yarn, as well. And, unlike many super-wash wool yarns, this one didn't have a funny odor. I will be purchasing this yarn again!

Disappointed In Interweave Magazine
This is no reflection whatsoever on Jimmy Bean's, but I was disappointed in the Interweave Press Winter edition. There is only one pattern that I'm interested in. I did love their Crochet Accessories edition, however!
