Just love this yarn!
Malabrigo Rasta is my to-go yarn for bulky Winter cowls. It knits up very quickly, the colors are gorgeous and it's ridiculously soft. Each time, I've got astonishing results. I didn't find a Rasta skein that I didn't fell in love with yet

Good yarn for rustic sweaters
I really enjoy the color I used salty water. This yarn is not the softer one I encountered, it's got a rustic feel to it, but it's still pleasurable. It softens a little after blocking. It doesn't pill nor fuzz to much, but break very easily.
It's a good yarn, I've got nothing against it, but I didn't fell in love and wouldn't probably use it again so many other yarns to test... I can't knit twice with a yarn I don't absolutely love!

So soft!
This yarn is very similar in texture to Malabrigo Silky Merino. It's very soft and warm you definitively want to knit or crochet something to wear around your neck with it. It seems prone to a lot of piling, so I don't think it'll be a good option for gloves or socks, but I can be wrong.

Very soft
My first time knitting with this yarn and it's love at the first sight!
So soft and nice to work with. Not splitty at all I'm knitting a sock pattern with a lot of k3tog and this yarn holds on perfectly. The yarn has a nice sheen due to the outlast fiber. The color I got Dobson is a nice light grey with a subtle hint of purple, very pretty!
I didn't experience the cooling/warming effect of this yarn as my socks are not done yet, but even without this interesting property, I'd still be pleased with the yarn.
I rated 4 stars and not 5 because I got a knot in my skein and I hate when skeins worth more than $20 contain knots...

Perfect for the price :
This skein is only 10 yards shorter than a regular one, but 15% off!!!
Perfect to knit a hat or a pair of gloves, and any other pattern where you know than you don't need a full skein.
Maldelinetosh Vintage is great: perfect rich colors and incredible texture. It's my favorite yarn. It compares to Malabrigo Rios, but it's more tightly spun, creating an amazing stitch definition perfect for cable and lace. I LOVE IT!

Amazing colors are not enough
I totally agree: Noro colors are the best out there. So if you intend to use this yarn for something that will never be in contact with your skin, it's fine. If not, stay away! This yarn is so scratchy that I can wear the beautiful scarf I weaved using it only with a turtle neck sweater! Sure it did soften a bit after extensive wetting and blocking and all sort of things, but it is too itchy. I'd rather use a yarn with less beautiful colors, but with some softness and that I can enjoy wearing. To me this is not worth it.

Soft and glittery!
I'm very pleased with this yarn. I used the sunbeam ʌream) and starry night ʋlack) colorways and like them both. I knitted a shawl for my grand mother (Yarn held double) and she loved it. The yarn is very soft and warm and the glittery thread had a touch of sparkles without being itchy (you can't feel anything but the soft mohair!). I also knit a extremely warm, fuzzy and soft hat for myself by combining a string on this yarn with a string of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Worsted Solid and I love the result!
I highly recommend this yarn, as a sparkly alternative to any Kid mohair.

Great yarn
I knitted a shawl using this yarn. It's soft and cushy. It's very pleasant to work with. I used the Gold Experience, Spring Tickle and Strange Harvest, I love the 2 last ones nice subtle variegation and deep rich colors, but I find Gold Experience a bit dull and plain therefore 4 stars instead of 5.

The best yarn I ever used!
This is my first experience using Madelinetosh yarn and I couldn't wish for something better. So worth its price.
I'm using this yarn for a shawl. The texture is incredible, the colors are stunning. It's so soft and enjoyable to knit, that I've got a hard time putting down my needles. I will definitively buy more of this yarn and explore the other yarns offered by Madelinetosh

Wonderful
I bought a skein of this yarn in the Jaunty colorway. I didn't work with it yet, but I'm planning to weave a scarf with it. The colors are stunning and the yarn is so soft, it's unbelievable. It's silk/merino, like Malabrigo Silky Merino or Manos Del Uruguay Silk Blend, but it looks much better: the colors are more vibrant, the texture is less wool-like and more silky / shiny. I will definitively buy this yarn again.
