One of My All Time Faves
I bought this purse a few months ago. I let my daughter borrow it. She asked to keep it. But there was no way I was not going to get another for myself. My replacement just arrived! I have to say as far as knitting bags/purses go that this purse and the Namaste backpack I bought last year are both of my all time favorites...Ever! Very nice quality. Thanks JBW!

Really?
I wrote the review below. I received a defective crossbody bag. The ends of the vegan leather were literally not sewn correctly so they looked like little white gouges where it should gave been black. Ok things happen, we all understand that. I was offered a replacement or refund once the bag is received back at JBW. I’m choosing a refund because... of your policy that I have to pay return postage to ship back defective merchandise to you. I’ve been a loyal and happy customer for years. I don’t understand if I choose to return a damaged item whether it would be for a replacement OR a refund of that item to you, why I then have to pay to ship it back to you? It arrived damaged. I did nothing to it. Very uncool and a bad policy. I’m posting this so other customers who might receive damaged items are aware of your policy.

Arrived Worn Out on theUpper Edge
I got the backpack. Love everything about it. Extremely disappointed with my order of this bag though. Although cute and probably functional, It arrived with the top edges on the front corners worn out. Remember how the vegan leather on the old Namaste line would wear out after awhile? Reminds me if that. This bag arrived this way. I can’t believe JBW is not checking these bags before shipping them out. I am wondering if I got sent a bag that someone returned? I expect better of JBW,especially because ALL of the Namaste line are costly.

Love It!
My backpack arrived today. Along with quite a few of the old Namaste bags I had one of the older backpacks years ago. This new improved version is 100% better and nicer! I love everything about it. The color is gorgeous. The quality is top notch. The little extras are helpful. I knit on the beach often. Being waterproof and having a zipper is important to me. The bag is a great size and comfy to wear. This will be my traveling knitting bag and I can’t wait to start using it. JBW & Namaste, you get an A+ on this one!

Very Nice
This is my second order of this yarn. I really like it, it’s nice to knit with and looks great as well. I’m taking off one star though because both times that I have ordered this particular yarn my order has had skeins that even though they we’re tied and knotted they were knotted in such a ridiculous way that they would not even go onto my winder without being a tangled mess. I had to then hand wind, which I don’t mind, but even then it was full of tangles. It’s not me, I’m a long time knitter and I rarely encounter this with any other brand. I wish Blue Sky would figure out to correctly tie and wind their skeins! It’s definitely the worst I’ve encountered as far as tangles go.

Not Re-Newing
This is my second review. I signed up for three months. The first month Dec. I didn't like the project at all. I'd give it one star. The second month Jan. I loved it, I'd give it five stars and my review said so. This month Feb. I hated it, other than the yarns I'd give it one star. I liked getting introduced to new yarns. I really liked the shawl pin last month and the hand tool this month. Other than that, not worth the $. The patterns are not so great. The bags themselves have zippers that get caught. You can find other patterns for small yardage online, but I'm don with these and will not renew. Thankfully I only signed up for three months. I'd rather spend $30 on one skein of really good yarn than little odds and bits and a pack of wool soak every month.

Fun Surprises
I signed up for the three month subscription. My first month was Dec. and while I definitely liked the yarns the suggested pattern was nothing I would ever make, I would have to admit I didn't like it much but I did like the yarn. So I was a little disappointed and wondering what the next bag would be like. That said, there are many other little projects you could make with the samples so I will do that with Dec.This morning I received my second Beanie Bag, the Jan. one and this one I absolutely loved, five stars this month! It is fun to have a nice yarn surprise show up.I'm on the fence about whether to continue for a few more months. we shall see. It IS a nice way to try new yarn brands that you are not familiar with.
