My Fave!
Malabrigo worsted is my first love. I love it the most of any yarn, hands down.

Beautiful
This is the most beautiful yarn. I attracts me in an almost magical way. This is the yarn that can be more beautiful in an untouched skein. I often will hold off on a project because it looks so soft and beautiful with nothing done to it!

I Just Like 'Em, That's All
When you metal interchangeables are too darn slippery for your yarn, these are my go-to needles. Unfortunately, they aren't easy to get anymore, for some reason. They are also on the slightly fragile side, so keep that in mind. otherwise, they are a good option for my
tool chest.

Watch Out!
I have LOTS of Rowan Fine Art. It is lovely and I am pleased with it. However, sometimes Rowan picks completely inaccurate names for its Fine Art yarn. For example, the color named Maple looks unlike ANY maple tree leaves I have seen EVER, and it certainly does not look like the rich amber color of maple syrup. Maple is orangey-pink! It also looks nothing like the JBW photo. Not pointing a finger at JBW at all! If you look on Ravelry for examples of Rowan Fine Art Maple, you will see what I am talking about. Orangey-pink! Check it out first.

Fuzzy. Frustrating.
This yarn looked so beautiful in the skein. I have knitted with other fingering yarns that have the same percentages of materials, the same ply, etc. This yarn by far is the least forgiving of any yarn after ripping out or tinking. I am a very patient, careful ripper. This yarn just can't take it. My whole project is fuzzy. It was a very simple mostly garter stitch pattern, but the lacy parts are almost hidden by the fuzz. I should have trusted my gut and stopped knitting with this yarn. Instead, I forged ahead, thinking that surely it would be fine when I finished. While knitting, the yarn was incredibly splitty. This is not my idea of a yarn to knit with if all you want to do is sit and knit and have a peaceful and satisfying knitting experience. Maybe I got a bad skein and bad mojo. But, I will never buy this yarn again. I invested several hours on my project and regret having forced myself to finish it. This yarn and I did NOT hit it off!
