Love Everything About It
I had been hesitating to purchase a needle organizer as I thought they were pricey - HOWEVER after spending the better part of an afternoon searching for a size I needed - I gave in. I purchased the Della Q Lily Double Point Roll in red. The workmanship, fabric quality, design, and really well thought out storage are all outstanding. I do sew (wallhanging quilts & some garment sewing) and the quality of construction is beyond what I expected. The pockets are so well thought out (they are not all the same size across the way). Each pocket was specially spaced or engineered according to needle size and very well labeled to also include some between 1/2 sizes. You are able to store all 5 of your DPNs comfortably withought having to cram a set in any given pocket which impressed me. Also the needle label tabs are printed on a label type fabric and easily readable in US & metric szs. The overall quality is such that I am positive that this is an item that I will never have to replace in my lifetime. I am considering purchasing another as I have both wood/bamboo DPNs and also some duplicate sizes in Addis and another brand so I can keep the different needles organized and seperate. There are two wide end pockets on the right side that I have some crochet hooks in. When filled to capacity it also folds up very nicely and easily without bunching or having a stuffed tight feel or look to it.

Great to Have
Didn't think I would be using these so much but I love that you can reposition these on what you are knitting and not have to use a large safety pin (which snags) or a darning needle with waste yarn scraps to mark your place. I use them both as markers on stitches and to mark between stitches. The two colors are nice if you are doing cables throughout - I usually use the one color as the beginning of the cable section and the other color as the end - so I am not getting "knitters confusion" as to where I was or should be going (it happens).

WOW
I knit up the Jared Flood scarf that's all over the internet ʏree pattern from his blog site). It does in places almost have a thick/thin appearance BUT as you knit - the yarn blooms and fills out. The colors are awesome together in the scarf. To me it was soft to knit with not rough feeling. if you're really creative - I can see where you could knit up some beautiful color work with this using a solid as your contrast color. Had been putting off trying this and wish I had tried it sooner. It's just as wonderful as others say it is and the colors are even nicer and more impressive in person.

Wonderful, Rustic and Rich Looking
I used this yarn in the Jacob color ʏrom the Jacob sheep). It is rougher or I should say more rustic feel than the BFL ʌompared to the BFL) BUT I really like it a lot. Knits up beautifully. Had to rip out several rows (wasn't paying attention) without any problems at all. Shows off stitch patterns very nicely. Has a really nice feel to it. I found a pattern on Ravelry designed using this yarn. It's a unisex pattern "Hill Country Hat" (London Beanie style with a subtle pattern). I was able to knit this up in 2 evenings after work with time to spare. I have also knit the DK version of this yarn ʏingerless mitts) with the same wonderful results. They both show off cables and other patterns in the knitting beautifully. I can't say enough about how my finished projects have turned out. The Jacob color really has a rich look to it. You can't beat the price either. I will say that if you plan to wear what you are knitting against your skin - go with the BFL colors but for a hat, cold weather scarf or sweater - any of the other breeds would be great. I plan to knit something in colorwork with this yarn. Won't have to worry about colors bleeding as these are natural wool colors. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

Would recommend highly
Am just finishing up a cabled beret using the Cascade 220 in Maize. It shows off the cables beautifully and is very, very nice to knit with. The color Maize actually has a bit more pale yellowy gold than the photo shows - more like a good corn muffin color - and is VERY pretty in person ʋut not tan like it shows up on my monitor). Will be purchasing more colors- found a free pattern from Jared Flood for his Turn A Square hat ⣊p) that uses the Cascade 220 and Noro Silk Garden Light ʏor the stripes in the hat).

Very Nice Quality
I purchase a pair of the Crystal Palace circular needles - I was in the middle of a project and a cheap pair I bought in a local (not a yarn) shop - the cable started to split - so I ordered the Crystal Palace needles from JBW. What a difference - the wood is very smooth and the points are a bit more pointed for in case you want to knit a lace pattern (not as sharp as lace needles but they allow you to knit anything that has a pattern with ease. There is a metal joint that actualy swivels which is nice - so you're not ȯighting" with the cable and needle. These are super nice to knit with and my wish list is to have a pair in the most often used sizes that I use. The way I "uncurl" circular needle cables is - I have a small shelf that I display candles on and it has 3 pegs under the shelf- I just let the cable "relax" over 2 of the pegs for a few days and they seem to like it because it eliminates the curls in the cables very well and doesn't leave any kinks either.

My New Friend of a Pattern - Easy, Fast Knit, Beautiful Socks!
Even though this pattern says ⊾ginners" in the description - it is WONDERFUL for any sock knitter when you want to start and finish a pair of socks without taking ȯorever" to complete a pair. I used the Lorna's Laces sport weight - and you can't beat the combination. The pattern is wonderful for me - after a long day at work when you just want to do some Ȭomfort knitting" without thinking so much about a pattern. The Lorna's Laces colors are just wonderful on their own - the only change I made was to use a size 2 needle knitting my socks and I didn't have any problems with pooling. I will continue to reach for this pattern and recommend it to new and experienced knitters who just want to knit a very nice simple pair of socks. Very pure knitting, very simple, very wonderful!

The Best!
I will be starting my second pair of socks with the Lorna's Laces sport weight using the Knitting Pure and Simple Sock pattern for sport wt. yarn.I can't say enough abuot both the yarn and the pattern. The pattern is super easy to follow and allows me to knit up socks in a short time. I did go down to a size 2 needle though with this pattern and yarn and it works out great! I am just knitting simple plain socks for myself - the Lorna's Laces colors speak for themselves. I will knit patterned socks at a later time - but the Knitting Pure and Simple pattern makes knitting socks a quick knitting pleasure with the sport weight. The Lorna's Laces sport doesn't knit up so bulky and is - to me - not very much thicker than knitting with the sock wt. yarn. I definitely will be treating myself to more socks knit with the Lorna's Laces sport weight. Only problem - which color to choose next. And even though JBW shows the yarns in the photos at their best - nothing can compare to seeing these beautiful colors in person. The colors are very rich and beautiful and the yarn itself couldn't be softer and more wonderful to knit with. Thanks JBW for continuing to offer us the best!

Beautiful, SO Soft, Love It!
My first project with this yarn is a pair of cabled mitts or fingerless gloves. The yarn is so very soft (the blue faced leicester) you would never know it was 100% wool. I had to take a few rows out (got carried away and knit more rows than I needed) with no problems in ripping out and then re-knitting correctly. I had ordered the other colors in shades of brown. I love that these are the natural shades of wool from the sheep and the label gives you photos and descriptions of the different yarns. I used 2 skeins for a pair of mitts and had enough left over where I could have made them longer than the 4" cabled cuff on the arm if I had wanted to. Knits true to gauge. And again I can't get over the softness, ease of knitting, not the least bit rough or scratchy next to the skin (in the BFL selections - almost has a silky feel to it). The creams and browns are SO pretty together - have another pattern for wrist warmers with a Norwegian pattern ʌolorwork) that is next on my list. Very pretty, natural, neutral colors that will go with everything you have to wear them with - and if gifting - you can cut out the part of the label with the info on that particular sheep. Very, very pretty finished project, very happy with this yarn (wish I could write the sheep a thank you note), love the natural look of the colors! Will make more of these for gifts knowing they will feel almost like a luxury yarn next to the skin. Am anxious to try more patterns and projects with this yarn in the DK wt. and also the bulky. As wonderfully nice as this yarn is - you really can't go wrong with the price either.

Love This Yarn!
I bought 2 hanks of this to knit the Arrowhead Arm Warmers from Interweave Holiday Gifts Magazine, except I made a few changes 8 rows of ribbing to the top, then at the bottom wrist area - instead of knitting straight to the end - I switched up a size needle and did a K2, P2 rib which made slightly flared "ruffled" wrist, then I bound off using Jeanne's instructional video - THANK YOU JEANNE! (on the JBW site here) for the picot cast off - which made them ultra feminine and over the top pretty. I also made these slightly longer to extend to my knuckles. I absolutely LOVE the way they look, the look and feel of the finished product, and have had so many compliments! I have worn these and they are not the least bit itchy - very soft and give some warmth in our often chilly office and also give some Ȭomfort" to my arms and wrists when typing endless Excel spread sheets - beautiful and theraputic for me. I keep getting requests for these arm warmers in THIS yarn. Am working on another pair now in blue for a friend, the clerk at the post office is waiting for her pair, as is a sister in law, and on it goes. You can't really tell but the "solid" colors are not totally solid but have pretty subtle shades of each color. I like this yarn so much - I almost wish I could buy the remaining quantity out! (I used one hank for each arm warmer with leftover) If you have any projects or patterns requiring DK wt. yarn - try this - and then sit back and wait for the compliments!
