a bit tricky ...
When I used the same yarn I was knitting with but in a bright color it was tedious to get the yarn into the slot prepared for it and it produced a drag when I knitted with the SOS helper. I then witched to quilting thread which was easier to feed into the slot, produced less drag but also slipped out after about 50 stitches were knitted. Will try doubling the projected length of the thread needed with a large knot at the end. Not perfect as of this rating.

Love the long lace clicks, but ...
.. obviously, there is a tip size limit which makes the purchase of finer lace needles a necessity. I am replacing all of my 50+ year old lace needles up to or rather down to as many 0000s as I can find. I still have 12 steels so ADDI lace circulars 32, 47 and 60 long will work even for the largest lace project.

Wonderful needles ...
... no matter their size or the yarn. My knitting buddy hates them so let me qualify that a. I knit very tightly, these needles have the perfect slip for me no matter the yarn or stitch, b. I use only 6 or 8. The 5 are too short for me. c. The points! I have swatched lace as well as 6-ply, no splitting and swift stitch loading I knit continental.
I am replacing all of my dbl points with these needles.

3 stars - with one ! grain of salt, please ..
.. I do knit very tighly! While ADDI Clicks all 3 and circulars rank tops, the double points are a bit too dull points and too sticky for me. Matter of fact, I am replacing all of them - with what? Hint: they are not round.

Samples .. Oh, how I love thee!
Of course, these will work for the merino lights only, do not expect the other Toshes to be exact matches. Still, I love to mix and match and the cost of samples makes it possible, plus, 4 or 5 of them are great for switching.

There's always one ..
.. that for some reason or another is less slippery or a bit resisting to a smooth slide. Never fails me. What I do like about them = light weight and almost silent, absolutely slip resistant no matter the number of stitches left of the needle. Primary use = socks.
