Great stitch definition

I made two summer tops with Catona fingering - one, a color pattern, the other a lace pattern.
I loved working with the yarn! It’s like a fine string, which means no splitting or tangling, and it’s incredibly easy to knit with.
With a size 4 needle, it made a nice firm fabric that holds its shape. The lace pattern was worked on size 10 needles, and it still has structure, but has a little drape to it. Both tops came out exactly as I intended.
I especially love the way the lace pattern top came out. The lace pattern is very well defined. The color pattern top is beautiful too, but the yarn was kind of slippery, so I really had to pay attention to tension to make sure there weren’t any gaps at color changes.
Overall I found the Catona yarn to be strong and fun to work with. I will definitely use this yarn again!
