Reno, Nevada -- Oct. 18, 2023 Jimmy Beans Wool, the ultimate destination for all things yarn and fiber, is thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new fall Crochet Collection, a stunning compilation of 17 unique garments and accessories.
Lena Skvagerson in-house designer and Creative Director at Jimmy Beans Wool (JBW) used her years of experience in crochet design markets to compile trend-setting designs and enlist some of the leading crochet designers like Lee Sartori (Coco Crochet Lee), Tamara Kelly (Mooglyblog), and Jonah Larson (Jonah's Hands) in the fiber industry to help with the collection.
"At Jimmy Beans Wool, we believe in making crochet accessible to everyone. With our new Fall Crochet Collection, the thought is to give a confident beginner a wide and varied selection of crochet pieces picked out from today's trends and popular shapes," Skvagerson said.
The collection features small accessories like hats to large pieces like blankets so there is a variety of projects for any type of crocheter at any level. Additionally, for any new crocheters who get stuck on any stitches, there's a new batch of crochet how-to videos available on the company's YouTube channel.
"This collection is made up of a range of our most popular and affordable yarns from brands like Berroco, Cascade, Scheepjes, Urth, and of course, yarns from our new sustainable brand Yarn Citizen," Skvagerson added. "The hope is to change the perspective of crochet being a thing of the past and we want to welcome this new generation of crochet and crocheters."
In an additional effort to make crochet more accessible, all the patterns will be available for free on the company's free pattern page.
"I was a crocheter long before I learned to knit so this collection is a bit like returning to my roots," said Laura Zander, co-founder of Jimmy Beans Wool (JBW). "We're so proud of the work put into this collection, both by our in-house design team and our industry-leading collaborators. We hope customers get their hooks ready to dive in."
Customers will be able to shop the Crochet Collection kits starting October 18th, 2023 both on the company's website www.jimmybeanswool.com/CrochetCollection, and in-store at 891 Trademark Drive.
