A beautiful cowl or scarf using a crochet stitch that mimics the effect of linen stitch in knitting. This amazing stitch creates a similar "pixelated" stitch pattern, but, unlike its knitted cousin, this stitch is totally reversible! Brilliant!

I loved making this shawl, and I enjoyed the process of choosing colors and row counts. I did use Jul Designs fasteners rather than stitching the shoulder seam. I also made my project a little larger by about 10 inches. The big surprise was my 30 year old niece modeling it at Easter when we all got together and then styling it on my 85 year old mother. It also looks great on my taller sister, but I think it looks best on ME!
