Good basic hard-working no fuss yarn
This yarn is not exotic and fabulous it is the Bruce Springsteen of yarns hard working, giving you a better experience than you might expect for the price point. It's washable and durable. Perfect for baby things. No matter how beautiful baby alpaca might look, babies will spit up on it and then it's destroyed. You are WAY better off making a baby item in a durable, washable, inexpensive yarn like this where the mom/dad can just toss it into the wash and have it restored to like-new.

Really great basic yarn
There's nothing fancy about this yarn it's not been spun by monks in Tibet or blessed by the Little Sisters of the Holy Mother in Rome it's not baby alpaca or grown-up alpaca or any of the dozens of high-end products we knitters get sold. But if you need a really great, basic, worsted weight, mostly acrylic but just enough wool to be soft and lovely, washable in case a baby tinkles on it or spills mushed peas this is great. It's priced so that you can order 4 skeins for a baby blanket and not have to take another mortgage on your house. It's great, affordable, hard-working, not fancy yarn. And new parents love that you don't have to hand wash it with some exotic product that is only available from a small shop in Amsterdam. It's great. And the colors are lovely. Enjoy!

great yarn! great price!
I love fancy hand-dyed artisan cool yarns as much as anybody, but they are often super pricey and can be a little wonky but Cascade 220 is a dependable work-horse of an option in a myriad of colors a great value for the price super useful!

Great needles but kinda short
I should have ordered the longer versions of these these will be fine for socks but for this specific use, I needed the longer ones. Which is just a reminder to consider the length carefully for DPNs! Even an inch makes a difference!
