Red-Rover
I got 'red-rover' on wool watcher and made a beautiful shawl for an xmas present. I love this combo of fiber and it works up beautiful. One thing to allow for is the halo that comes from the alpaca but since the recipient lives in a cold weather climate that is fine.

Looks like Ohio State puked all over the place
The yarn is awesome as always, the pattern is horrendous, I only purchased this to build my stash and never will create this KAL. The colors look like something the band over at ohio state would wear and that is not what I am ever going to create. I love lornas laces, but the designer needs to think how the colors look to everyone not just a select few.

Stiff but beautiful color
Its rate that tosh doesn't earn a 5 star, this colorway/base was very stiff quick shot pebble. Possibly the color dye stiffened the yarn and after a couple soak/wear it will soften up? The yarn was not the usual butter in my hands but more of a crinkle and very very stiff. The color is amazing, I just hope this softens over time.

Blue like the ocean
I just received the Island Blue and the color is vibrant and deep, much more than any cotton yarn I've ever seen. The monitor does not do this justice. Of course anything by Blue Sky Fibers is expected to be top quality, the cotton is super soft and perfect for a baby blanket. I snagged this on WW for $3 a skein- talk about a steal. I'm so glad I got 10 of them! This will be one spoiled baby and an extra gift somewhere down the line. plus shipped friday- arrived in my mail monday, can't ask for better service

Yuck- Reminds me of 'red heart'
Packaging is everything and this visually reminds me of red heart simply by looking at the way its packaged. Honestly- it does not work up much better, itchy, scratchy, poor performance after gentle washing. Ending up donating most of the 3 skeins I got on WW and moved right back to much better yarns.

Excellent yarn
5 for the yarn 3 for shipping. This is wonderful and I love the mini-skeins but the packing/shipping is a fail. This needs to ship in a box, not a bag. Because it is originally packed in a box, shipping in a bag means it arrives smooshed and damaged. The yarn is fine, the pretty box is broken and for $72 that should not happen. I love the Kouigu put this together.

Melting pot is all PINK
While I like the yarn base and have used it for years this particular color Melting Pot is basically all shades of pink in the skeins I have. I was saving this for a particular project and its not going to work. Off to the holiday gift swap it goes. Over the years JBW seems to have quality control issues with yarns and whether its a vendor problem or sales problem the products are not the same as even a few years ago.

Not a fan
This was my first JMF yarn to try and I didn't fall in love, I also have the royal llama combonation yarn and dont like that either. No fault of JBW, the yarn just does not behave the way i like. Both were woolwatcher purchases. Definately going to trade this in my yarn club.
