Winnie's Starflake Shawl

You didn't think we'd celebrate Mother's Day without giving a shoutout to our own motherly Beans, did you? Of course not! Our Bean, Winni (aka one of our many speed-knitters) received a Jimmy Beans Starflake Shawl Bouquet and immediately set aside time to make it. It was a fun project for her that resulted in a gorgeous, uniquely shaped design that she'll wrap up in for years to come!

Laying in bed, keeping cozy, she lost herself in the hand-dyed strings of Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light, knitting and purling to her heart's content! She was also pleasantly surprised to learn that this shawl became a "Choose Your Own Adventure" kind of project, letting her decide between garter stitch or brioche to add those details to make it one-of-a-kind to her!
