Our general privacy policy covers our overriding privacy policy. The following describes our California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) specific policy and compliance details. Our general privacy policy already addressed, and continues to address, the same principles and concept put forth by the CCPA requirements. The following policy describes our compliance with, and your options within, the structure and terminology of the CCPA legislation.

Right to Request a Disclosure of Personal Information Collected, Used, Disclosed, or Sold.
- California state residents may request, twice a year at no charge, to view a disclosure of their personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold during the preceeding 12 months.
- In order to protect the privacy of all our users, all requests will need to be verified before any information is disclosed. Requesters will need to provide a matching email address, name, address, phone number, password, past order history, and similar information. Some of this information is optionally collected by our system, but if it has been submitted by the user, it will need to be verified prior to any disclosures being made. To verify a requesting email address, the requester will need to respond to a verification email sent to the requested email address. Once a request for disclosure is received, we will respond within 10 days to confirm receipt of the request. The disclosure will be processed within 45 days from the date of our receipt of the disclosure request. If the verification fails, we will be unable to disclose any information to protect the privacy of all of the users of our System.

Right to be Forgotten
Right to Request the Deletion of Personal Information Collected, Used, Disclosed, or Sold.
- California state residents may request to have their personal information collected deleted.
- In order to protect the privacy of all our users, all requests will need to be verified before any information is deleted. Requesters will need to provide a matching email address, name, address, phone number, password, past order history, and similar information. Some of this information is optionally collected by our system, but if it has been submitted by the user, it will need to be verified prior to any deletion requests being processed. Right to Opt-Out / Do Not Sell My Information Request
- Jimmy Beans Wool does not and will not sell your personal information
- Section 999.306.d of the CCPA regulations states:
- A business is exempt from providing a notice of right to opt-out if:
(1) It does not, and will not, sell personal information collected during the time period during which the notice of right to opt-out is not posted; and
(2) It states in its privacy policy that that it does not and will not sell personal information.
- Jimmy Beans Wool does not and will not sell your personal information, therefore, there would be no change in a request to opt-out. We already do not sell your personal information, so by default, everyone has opted-out of Jimmy Beans Wool selling their personal information.
