Arlene's ARNE & CARLOS Socks

Our Bean Arlene is a sock-making fiend! When she heard that ARNE & CARLOS were stopping in Reno, she got right to work on making a pair of socks. The yarn she's using is Regia 4-ply Design Line by ARNE & CARLOS; she used the color Starry Night (#3653). Arlene says she loves how this yarn base works up because it does all the colorwork for you! Arlene's pair of feet warmers is a self-drafted pattern. She used the magic loop to cast on and started from the toe up. Arlene's pro tip for making socks with the magic loop cast-on is to use ChiaoGoo circular needles because they're super flexible! Arlene used the 'fish lips kiss heel' technique for the heel. We LOVE these socks, Arlene, and we're sure ARNE & CARLOS will too!
