Kristen's Tea Leaves Cardigan

I loved this Tea Leaves Cardigan since we first got the pattern in stock and I knew I had to make it! I finally settled on Tosh Vintage in Tart. The pattern calls for the Tosh Merino but since we don't carry it, and the Vintage is the same gauge, I figured it would work perfectly! I am so thrilled with the end result, except the pattern does run a tad bit big. I made my exact size and swatched, but I would have liked a closer fit. I am already planning a second one, so I'll know what size to make for next time! I finished this in a hurry while at Stitches because I wanted to wear it at our Stitch Red booth, but I will go back soon an finish making the sleeves the suggested length. I am also planning to sew in a reinforcement chain stitch on the inside of the collar to snug it up a bit. Because it's a bit big, it's also a bit large in the neck. All in all, I am so happy with the result! The yarn is gorgeous and the fit is flattering (even if a little large). I would definitely recommend this pattern to others.
