US 2/3 (3mm) needles of your choice, or size needed to obtain gauge.
US 3 (3.25mm) needles of your choice, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Finished Measurements
Width: 7" (18 cm)
Length: 75.5" (191.5 cm)

Gauge:
25 sts and 34 rows to 4" (10 cm) measured over st st using US 3 (3.25 mm) needles.
