Rainbow Shrug Free Pattern
This adorable cardigan is like a piece of art! The sleeves and neck are knit from the top down using raglan shaping. After the sleeves are bound-off, stitches are picked up for the fronts along the sides of the sleeves. It's a cool construction that results in biased fronts and super stripey goodness.

US 7 (4.5 mm) - 32" circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge

Optional: Decorative Pin or Snap Closure
Optional: Spare Circular Needle one size larger to use for a loose bind-off
